Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. I ordered product.
Money taken from account immediately. Never did receive product waited a month. Then they charged a monthly fee. Never signed up for.
No company should be taking money from your account till product is ready to ship. And when there is a subscription be linear about it.
You took 44.90 from my account on June 17th. I have not received any product.
Now, today, pending on my card, you are taking another 34.95, really? I want the product I've paid for. And I want the 34.95 back on my card.

I only want to exchange the 4 boxes of concealer that’s too chalky and light I received today. I’ll take bronze rad and I mix the light with tan and it’s perfect.

Just want to know where my order is # 100211. They keep saying its being processed since August 12 could you check on this for me and when its going to be shipped they said 4 to 6 days
Scammer company
I never received my first order. They said it was still processing and to please be patient.
They finally did refund it but then kept charging my card for $34.99 sometimes twice in one month! They said it was for the VIP membership which I never signed up for. I finally contacted my credit card company and they put a stop payment on this company. But if their future charges they will shut down my card and reissue.
I'm sticking to Amazon from now on.
They are using 2 fake phone numbers so that's not an option. Total SCAM!!!

I have requested via email to Customer Service to cancel all orders and not to be renewing them. It has not taken place.
I've asked for a refund and I have now had two auto debits from my account.
I've been so displeased with customer service and their efficiency! What do I have to do now to stop auto payment out of my account for something I don't use I don't recommend etc.!

I ordered a product on June 25. I never received the product.
I was charged $44.90 on June 25th. Now I am on a recurring payment of $34.99.
I am being scammed and I want it stopped. I have reported you to my bank and the Better Business Bureau.
